Broomhills farm produces a variety of quality handmade beef and lamb burgers, which are made using the top cuts of meat and the freshest ingredients. This reduces the saturated fat and makes all our burgers 100% free from additives, preserves, rusk and breadcrumbs. Nothing nasty goes into a Broomhills burger. All the meat has been ethically produced on our farm in Pebmarsh; this ensures 100 % tractability, right down to the feed. The cattle and sheep are fed on grass as well as wheat and barley grown and milled on the farm.
At events we cook a selection of our burgers accompanied with freshly baked bread and locally produced sauces. .
